Thanks to MinVita for the delicious cacao nibs, if you would like to purchase some for yourself their website can be found here. They have a lovely range of super-foods and rice products This recipe is one of my favourites and it is a great post workout shake because of its high protein, carbohydrate and natural sugar content. With a healthy punch of antioxidants from the cacao and cacao nibs it will also give you a nice energy boost.

Give it a crack and let me know what you think, @healthyjon out!
