I thought I would start by sharing this super easy and delicious chocolate and peanut butter protein smoothie recipe – with great macros it makes for a perfect post-workout shake. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Recipe
- 1 serving of chocolate flavoured whey protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 date
- 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
- 200ml of water
- 200ml of milk
- Garnish with cacao, cacao nibs or dark chocolate.
- Blend all ingredients and pour into a tall glass.

They have a lovely range of super-foods and rice products This recipe is one of my favourites and it is a great post workout shake because of its high protein, carbohydrate and natural sugar content. With a healthy punch of antioxidants from the cacao and cacao nibs it will also give you a nice energy boost.
