Bounty Balls

  • 60g of desiccated coconut
  • 40g of dark chocolate (I use Lindt 90%)
  • 2tbsp. of coconut oil
  • 2tbsp. of Coconut flavoured Greek yoghurt
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat.
  2. Then mix in a bowl with the desiccated coconut and yoghurt.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on grease proof paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water, then simply roll the balls in the chocolate and leave to cool in the fridge.
