Healthy Vegan Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. of baobab
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Remove the blade and fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Use a spoon and scoop the cookie dough into balls and drop onto the parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
