Ingredients
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 serving of Multipower Lemon casein protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. of poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp. of honey
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together in a large bowl and pour into a cup.
  2. Leave overnight and enjoy in the morning.
