Ingredients
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 240g of buckwheat flour
  • 80g of coconut sugar
  • 80g of butter
  • 100ml of cold pressed rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp. of baking powder
  • ½ tsp. of bi carbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 150 degress C.
  2. Blitz all dry ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Slowly add of dry ingredients until a smooth and relatively thick mixture forms.
  4. Add to a greased baking tin.
  5. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
