At first eating healthy can be a daunting task and knowing what brands to trust can be difficult. So to make your life a whole lot easier I have put together a list of My 3 Favourite health, food & fitness companies: (by category) These companies have made it into my magic 3 primarily for their superior nutritional profiles and delicious taste in comparison to their competitors, however the uniqueness of the product, branding and a host of other factors also come into play.
I continuously update this page with all my new discoveries, so your bound to see a few cutting edge brands. You can now tuck into your favourite treats basking in the knowledge that they are as healthy as the marketing campaigns make them out to be.
