This Mint Choc Chip Smoothie is not to be messed with, at just under 500 calories you are going to need to earn this post workout treat. Refreshing and full of minty flavour this shake is perfect after any sweaty summer session. Its packed with protein and carbohydrates to promote protein synthesis and replenish glycogen levels optimising recovery and keeping you fighting fit. If you fancy reducing the calories a little just remove the coconut milk, surprising how fatty and calorific a little coconut can be. Or you can replace it with regular milk.

Mint Choc Chip Smoothie
- 1 cup of milk or dairy free alternative
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 1 large handful of mint leaves
- 1 large handful of spinach
- ½ and avocado (preferably frozen)
- 1 serving of Multipower Vanilla Whey Protein
- 4 tsp of cacao nibs
- 3 square of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp of wheatgrass powder
- ½ tsp of matcha powder
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
